- 添加 CLAUDE.md 项目说明文档
- 添加设置页面截图
- 添加应用图标

功能特性:
- Service Worker 后台定时检查提醒（30秒间隔）
- 浏览器通知 API 集成
- 提醒同步机制（创建/更新提醒时自动同步到 SW）
- 10分钟宽限期处理后台运行不稳定情况
